Qipeng has extensive experience in advising corporate clients regarding both their daily legal needs and M&A deals. He also played an active role in the resolution of several commercial disputes. Qipeng further assists clients to deal with their legal needs in the employment aspect.
Qipeng studied law in Renmin University of China and Universitetet i Bergen (Norway). He obtained his LLM degree in Durham University. Prior joining Raymond Legal, Qipeng worked for international law firms and NGOs in Beijing and London.
