Qipeng is a leading solicitor in a recent High Court case where Raymond Legal acted for a major Chinese broadcaster to defend an action issued by Ofcom, which concerns freedom of expression under Article 10 of the ECHR.
Prior to joining Raymond Legal in 2020, Qipeng studied law in Renmin University of China and Durham University.
