Phillip has worked extensively on M&A deals and matters regarding banking and corporate finance. He also has experience advising clients in commercial disputes and on intellectual-property-related matters. Phillip further advises clients on regulatory compliance, as well as general corporate matters.
Phillip studied law at the University of Durham, achieving his LLB with a focus on company Law and M&A. He later obtained his LLM degree in International Banking and Finance Law from University College London. Prior to joining Raymond Legal, Phillip worked for global NGOs based in London, as well as leading US law firms in their Banking and Corporate practices.
