Jingwen has broad experience in corporate governance and investment financing. Jingwen is also well engaged in corporate immigration matters, especially providing legal services to enterprises to solve their immigration legal issues when setting up in the UK.
Jingwen obtained her bachelor’s degree in Peking University. She studied company law in the UK in University of Bristol. Jingwen had experience working in a PE&VC team of a top Chinese law firm.
