Estelle joined our team in January 2022. She focuses on corporate and commercial advisory work, including M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts. Her work also includes general corporate secretarial work. Prior to joining Raymond Legal, she worked as a paralegal in the London office of a Legal 500 Tier 1 Chinese firm where she also assisted on several dispute resolution matters.
Estelle studied law in China, the US, and the UK. She was a visiting student to Tulane University, before obtaining her LLB from Dalian Maritime University and LLM from Swansea University in international maritime law.
