Claire has worked on a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A, restructurings and joint ventures, and providing general corporate advice. She acts for a wide client base, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, large private corporations and Chinese state-owned enterprises.
She also has a particular focus on contentious corporate and commercial matters, including general contractual disputes, fraud, winding up proceedings and debt recovery.
Before joining Raymond Legal, Claire passed Chinese Bar in 2017, having previously worked in the corporate team of the London branch of a China leading law firm.
